(Europe, Asia, Canada, United States) Job Description: Be responsible for leading consulting initiatives, business work packages in support of strategic engagements as defined by In Genius Solutions/Client Partner(s). Provide highly specialized advice and guidance, typically of a high-level tactical nature, to management/senior management and client groups within an area of specialization in dealing with organizational and business issues
Responsibilities: - Conduct operational reviews, feasibility studies
- Gather, document, validate and develop business requirements, ensuring maximized operational efficiency, data currency and integrity and consistency with the strategic direction of the client organization
- Proven Project Management skills, knowledge of PMO methodology
- Provide estimates of work effort and duration for work package deliverables.
- Create project plans for assigned work packages with resources, effort and timelines
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of change and multiple priorities
- Ability to develop strong working relationships
- Positioning and selling IGS Solutions
- Planning, coordinating and implementing complex contact center consulting projects around the following areas of expertise: Performance assessment, Business Process Reengineering and Technical upgrades, Workforce management, Sourcing strategies, Multi-channels and Self-service strategies
- Preparation and presentation of customer and industry presentations.
- Research and publication of Contact Center related articles and white papers
- Working on a proactive basis with sales organization and customers to develop business opportunities for the benefit of the organization and prospective/current customers
